They were a bit loose on install.The bushings went in loose.

My 5th wheel is new, but after 1 trip, the Inspection showed the bushings were bad. This kit has lasted for over 25000 miles and still going strong. just lube them as often as possible...
E-trailer made things right after irdering online was a bit of a fiasco. Paula made it right and followed up right to the front door delivery. Great customer care.
These folks are very knowledgable about there products and very helpful on several calls I had with them. Will buy from them again.
Shackles are beefy, only suggestion for MorRyde is to put a little bevel on the bolts so it's not a fighting lineup, while starting splines, and using ratchet straps to pull axle 1/32" in a direction.
Product ordered was exactly as described. Arrived earlier than initially forecasted. Just installed, everything fit as it should.

These seem to be working ok but do not appear to be designed for use with the HD upgraded Moryde greaseable shackle kit that I purchased with them . You can see in the photos that they rub and bind

I do have two recommendations for you. The first would be to make sure that the bolts are not over tightened. The locknuts should only be tight enough to limit as much movement as possible without binding anything up. The second recommendation is that Lippert makes that can be used with the Equa-Flex system. It is part # LC64FR. The shackle straps are less thick at 0.212 thickness however they are longer at 3 and one quarter inches.
Looks like I have everything. the packaging of the shackles was open upon receiving. will be installing all this soon. and update as needed.

All the parts were installed, and I ended up with 6-8 extra brass bushings. been about 6K miles since and alls well.
Great product and great instructional videos on the installation side. Saved me several hundred dollars completing the work myself.
I run my Work & Play toy hauler heavy and a lot of miles. The MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit has been great! All parts fit as expected and once installed made for a quieter ride and easy bushing greasing through the installed Zerk fittings. My stock suspension had nylon bushings that wore out then the pivot bolts wore through the shackles. The brass replacement bushings received will probably last the life of the trailer.
Recommend checking your trailer suspension before it breaks leaving you stranded with the tire rubbing on the wheel well. This happened to me!

Works great! I just give the bushings a shot of grease about twice a year. Trailer rides quiet.
Three axle shackle kit was delivered promptly and exactly as described. Easy to follow instructions made the install easy, and the mid 2000's Raptor pulls so much smoother and quieter now. I highly recommend this kit to anyone needing to replace there worn out, plastic bushing, non greasable, and in my case broken shackles.
Very heavy duty! It's been a year and they are still working flawlessly.
The MORyde Suspension Upgrade kit is a very solid and heavy duty kit. The shackle straps are twice the thickness of the straps that came on the RV and the wet bolts will be a great upgrade for the RV I haven't installed it yet, so I can't comment of the installation and ride. I will be installing this on my 5th wheel RV, triple axle.
I took a star off the review because of the packaging. These items come laid out on a piece of cardboard and then vacuum packed to the cardboard. When the item arrived, it was not packaged very well. All pieces had broken away from the packaging and were pretty much free floating in the box. Nuts had come off some of the bolts and the bronze bushings had fallen off. It doesn't look like the threads of the bolts were damaged. There was also one shackle strap that was missing from the package, only 5 were in the box.
I contacted etrailer support and Adam took care of this issue right away. He contacted MORyde and they are sending out the missing shackle strap. Hope to have it soon.

These parts have been working great. Awesome upgrade to the stock shackles that came with the RV. Would recommend all RVs have this upgrade.
Far superior than OEM. Brass bushings and you can grease them. Highly recommend!
These shackle kits are very nice, heavy duty and I like that they’re greaseable.
Most of the grease zerk fittings are undersized and a grease gun doesn’t even lock on, ended up replacing every zerk fitting that I’ve installed.

Awesome help from etrailer to ensure I got the correct complete set. Took months to get around to installing just due to winter, cold and rain. But when we got to it everything was a great fit and made the job so much easier start to finish 4 hours including coffee break.
With my Keystone Fuzion 414 reaching its 10th birthday and suffereing a broken spring shakle, I was on notice to make things right. I ordered the wetbolt kit with upgraded spring shackes and performed the upgrade myself. I couldn't be happier with the components, etrailers sales support, and the quality of the entire process. If you are handy with tools and can take your time, you can do it yourself.
Bought this kit when I was replacing a broken leaf spring on my tiple axle toy hauler. It's an exact match to the OEM suspension.

I replaced my shackles on my tripple axle trailer with heavy-duty ones from e trailer, while I was at it I replaced all the equalizers and added wet bolts and brass bushings. I had never done work on a trailer Suspension before but with the help on e trailer I got it done. I no longer have my shackles flipping over and my boat trailer pulls like a dream. E trailer is great to work with and very helpful. I will definitely use them again when the time comes
Everything was as listed and packing was done really well. I did have leftover bushings as the MORryde pieces have the bushings already pressed in. Seems like there was a waste of parts as you cannot use these bushings to replace the ones installed in the MORryde kit.

Product is excellent. Suspension replacement of all wet bolts went smooth. Everything is perfect
